I’ve been making smoothies for breakfast lately because they’re a great way to start your day off getting a ton of nutrients. Here’s one of my favorite recipes!
Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
- 4-6 fresh strawberries
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1/2 of a banana (for thickness)
- 1/2 cup of skim milk (or coconut milk if you want to be fancy)
Nutrients: 151% DV Vitamin C, 2% DV Vitamin A, 18% DV Calcium, 3% DV Iron, 32 grams Carbohydrates, 1 gram of fat
